| Dude it's no big deal. They don't have anything you haven't seen before and likewise with you. I was a lifeguard at the YMCA when I was in High School and we had Men's Health Center memberships for all of the guards. I used the sauna, steam room, hot tub and even got a massage in the health center from our therapists - all of which was done naked. Guards were required to shower before we went to the pool deck and we had to shower naked also which was no big deal. Getting used to being naked in a shower room can take some time, but really can be fine as long as you don't view it as a big deal.
